Electrical Line Construction
PROS AT RUNNING ELECTRICAL LINES
Owner Arrin Farrar has over 20 years experience running electrical lines. He has designed and built electric lines all over Maine and the United States. He has experience with large utility companies, as well as independent projects and emergency power restoration from storms. All of this means we will be able to assess your needs quickly and accurately. We have seen it all, and we get your electrical line construction right the first time!
WE FIND THE IDEAL PATH FOR YOUR ELECTRICAL LINE CONSTRUCTION
At ElectFarr, we plan ahead. When we come out for your free estimate, we will determine the ideal path to run your electrical line. Our experience with all types of terrains helps us pick the most efficient route. We can run above ground or underground lines as needed for your project.
FROM TRANSFORMER TO OUTER WALL
We find the closest transformer point from the existing grid, and run your line from that to your home or business. ElectFarr is responsible for running electricity from the utility power line to your outer wall. Any interior wiring needs to be done by an electrician.
SINGLE PHASE VS. TRIPLE PHASE
Single phase is the primary electrical line. Triple phase is the secondary line. Most projects can be built with just a triple phase line to your home or business. Longer lines require a single phase line run in addition to the triple phase. ElectFarr is experienced in running both kinds of lines. At the time of your consultation we can determine what types of lines will be needed to complete your project.
EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE IN ELECTRICAL LINE CONSTRUCTION
ElectFarr Line Construction has years of experience installing all types of power lines. Owner Arrin Farrar has worked in every facet of the industry. He has worked as an excavator, surveyor, designer, field engineer, project manager, and he is currently a member of IBEW 104 as a Lineman. This diverse experience is invaluable as we work on your project. ElectFarr is the clear choice for your electrical line construction: experienced and economical.
